My CFA level two journey was definitely intense, but studying with Phoenix made it much more manageable. The classes were actually fun, which at this level I didn't expect. The tutors were amazing. They explained complex concepts in such a simple way and constantly connected them to real-world applications, which really helped them stick. The study material was a big plus. It was concise, well-structured, and that's honestly Phoenix trademark, making difficult topics feel simpler and less overwhelming. My tip for CFA level two would be to focus on understanding the concepts rather than memorizing, practice consistently, and trust the process. With the right guidance and discipline, it's absolutely achievable.

Hi everyone. My name is Suhan and I'm currently pursuing CFA level two with Phoenix Financial Training. I recently completed my CFA level one exam back in February 2025 and I passed level one. So far it has been a great experience pursuing CFA with Phoenix. CFA is a demanding course, yet it can be fun and exciting at the same time. It requires a lot of discipline and you know significant investment of your time to pursue this course. But the great part about doing it with Phoenix is that the lecturers mainly they have been incredible. They have this ability where they take complex topics and simplify it into an easy way that anyone could understand. I’m am a Senior Associate at Deloitte. I completed my ACCA in 2021 and am now pursuing CFA with Phoenix Financial Training. ACCA builds a strong foundation, but CFA takes it deeper, covering areas like Economics, Financial Statement Analysis, and Fixed Income—something I once found daunting but mastered with the help of amazing tutors like Shiv. I work for Finmark Capital, which is a DIFC-regulated external asset management firm. I manage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth relationships for them. I’ve been in the wealth management industry for almost a decade now. For Level 1, the CFA Institute prescribes about 300 hours of combined learning, out of which 150 were just the Phoenix classes and the revision segment. That was all classroom learning. The remaining 150 hours were self-study, broken up into question practice, a bit of reading, and rewatching the lecture videos that Phoenix provides. The Phoenix notes were effectively the guiding light or the gospel that I followed and built my entire preparation around. Of course, there’s a bit of sacrifice involved in going back to studying after a long break. It takes time, and that time has to come from somewhere in the day. You have to be disciplined about it.

I recently cleared CFA Level I. I was always interested in finance, and CFA seemed to be the right option for me to deepen that knowledge and explore more career opportunities. Phoenix was amazing. The classes were well-structured, providing an environment where I felt confident and supported throughout.
