ACCA
The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Qualification is the world leading accountancy qualification for aspiring financial professionals – providing students with the skills, knowledge and values to have successful careers and lead the organisations they work with into the future.
The ACCA qualification takes an average of 3 – 4 years to complete. It is possible to complete the examination part of the ACCA qualification in 2 years but a minimum of 3 years work experience is also required to become an ACCA member

Our courses provide you with everything you need to prepare for your CBE. You will receive world class training, high quality materials, and mock exams that replicate the real exam to make sure you are fully prepared when test day comes along.
You will arrive at our exam centre and the invigilator will talk you through the process, and show you how to use the software. Once you start the exam you will have two hours to complete all the multiple choice questions. When you have finished or once time expires the exam will end and you will be given an instant result. The pass mark is 50%.
You can take your CBE whenever you want. They are on demand so you can select a time and day that suits you.
You can take your exam at any CBE centre. You can find these listed on the ACCA website. We are an approved CBE centre located in Central Park Towers. Email us at dubai@phoneixft.com to find out our CBE availability.
This depends on which exam you are booking. The first four exams are on demand and can be taken in our exam center at Central Park Towers, Dubai. Send us an email at dubai@phoenixft.com and we can let you know the availability. If you are booking any other ACCA exam then this can be done using your MyACCA account. If you need help with understanding this process, please contact us and we can walk you through it.
Unfortunately not. The ACCA exam fees are additional to your ACCA training fees.
All On-Demand exams consist of multiple choice questions and objective test questions (e.g. fill in the blank, calculate the number, etc.).
We will give you everything you need to prepare for your CBE. We believe the best way to prepare for these exams is practice, therefore we incorporate this throughout the course. Before taking the exam, we will give you an official invigilated mock exam. Only once you have passed this will we advise you on taking the real exam.
There is no limit. You can take the exam as many times as you need.

No, the ACCA fees need to be paid separately through your MyACCA account.

Everything you need for the course is included in the price. You will receive our PhoenixFT study notes and a branded exam kit.
If you are taking a face-to-face course with us you will receive them on the first day of your course. Alternatively, if you are studying online, you can either come and pick them up from our office in Central Park Towers, or we are happy to courier them to you.

You will be provided an ACCA registration number once you register with the ACCA. This is a unique code that identifies you as a ACCA Student. The ACCA will email you with this number and you will use it to log into your MyACCA account.
We do not require you to be registered with the ACCA to start your studies but you need to be registered with the ACCA in order to book your exam. It takes approximately 10 working days to register with the ACCA, so please ensure to leave enough time prior to the exam entry deadline.
The ACCA has a seven-year rule however this only applies to the strategic papers. Once you have completed your first strategic exam, you will have seven years to complete the remaining three. If you do not complete them in this time, you will have to start them again. When you enrol onto a course, you will be provided with joining instructions. These will give you all the details you need to connect with your tutor. You can contact them through phone, email, and Whatsapp. We find voice notes to be the most effective way of clearing any doubts you may have.
The Lifetime Pass Guarantee is only applicable to Gold and Platinum Packages. Students who maintain 100% face-to-face attendance of the course will be eligible. If they attempt their official exam and are successful then we will provide them with the tuition again, free of charge. Terms and Conditions apply.
Yes, the ACCA allows you to get both a Bachelors and a Masters degree alongside the ACCA. We provide mentorship for both options. Contact us for more information regarding the mentorship programmes.

CFA
The Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) course is a three-part exam that tests the fundamentals of investment tools, valuing assets, portfolio management, and wealth planning. The CFA Program is typically completed by those with backgrounds in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
To study CFA you must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), be in the final year of your bachelor’s degree at the time of registration, have four years of qualified, professional work experience, or a combination of work/college experience that totals four years.
The CFA exam is booked through your CFA account. You must log in to your CFA account and follow the steps to complete your exam booking. Once the booking is complete you are also required to schedule the exact day and time of your CFA examination.
Unfortunately not. CFA exam fees are not included in your CFA training fee and are payable directly to the CFA Institute
Candidates are permitted to take the exam a maximum of two times per calendar year (when applicable), but not in consecutive windows or windows that are six or fewer months apart. Candidates will have a total of six maximum attempts per exam level. This policy is in effect beginning with the 2021 exams.
There are no exemptions available for CFA. All 3 levels must be completed by each candidate.

There are 3 levels in the CFA program: Level I, Level II, Level III
You can register for your CFA course with Phoenix at anytime but we always recommend booking your course as soon as you possibly can so we can get you enrolled, share material and you can begin your studies.
You should be able to find it on your account profile if you just click on your name once logged into the website. It’s also present on your exam admission ticket. It should just be a 7 digit number.
You can contact your CFA tutors through phone, email, WhatsApp, online messenger, or via an online meeting (Zoom/Teams).
We always encourage 100% attendance as this gives you the best chance of success in the examination. If you unavoidably miss a session then you can catch up using the online tuition recordings which are included with all courses.
CFA classes are evenings 7 pm – 10 pm and Weekends 9 am – 5 pm.

CIA
A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a certification offered to accountants who conduct internal audits. The Certified Internal Auditor designation is conferred by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and is the only such credential that is accepted worldwide.
In general, students should expect to spend around nine months on each of the parts but most students complete the CIA in 12–18 months. The maximum time allowed is three years – that includes the time that needs to elapse for you to meet the experience requirement.
With the exception of a few designated countries, CIA requirements are the same for all candidates.

Candidates approved before September 1, 2019 have 4 years to complete the three exams and all other program requirements from the date of application approval. Candidates approved on or after September 1, 2019 have 3 years to complete the program.
The CIA exam provides a scaled score that is between 250 and 750 points. You need a 600 to pass.
No the CIA exam parts can be taken in any order your wish.
Your result is available to you as soon as you complete the exam. Official results are then emailed to you 24-48 hours later.

There are no set CIA exam dates and a candidate can take the exam practically any time throughout the year.
You can schedule that new exam date once your official score is published online, but it must be at least 90 days out. There is no limit to the number of times you can retake the CIA exam.
