Valuation Methodologies in Mergers and Acquisitions

This course will provide a comprehensive understanding of the different methods of valuing companies that are normally used. Participants will work through practical examples and numerical information to learn to compute the equity value of a company. The applicability of each method in varying business contexts will also be discussed. The course will also help participants gain skills in the valuation of market-traded debt instruments and establish the potential value add to parties involved in mergers.
